The Hear Again Center in Simsbury is a wonderful, professional center. Being greeted by Jessica, who was welcoming & fun to talk to. Then I met Sal, who asked questions as to why I felt I might need hearing aids. He checked my ears to make sure that they were clear. I then met Dr. LaBelle who conducted my hearing evaluation, who also was easy to talk to. Afterwards, Sal went over the results. The entire process was easy and there was no sales pressure of any kind. I highly recommend this center.

Testing was easy. The staff was friendly, office areas accessible, and very inviting. Great explanation on pricing, etc. i will be back in 3 weeks for the needed hearing aids!

The Simsbury office has very good service. I walked in and they cleaned my hearing aid with no fuss. I found a different Hear Again office more problematic
